Der auf GaAs(2)) basierte DBR Laser kommt in einem kompakten TO Gehäuse und erreicht bei einer Wellenlänge von 633 nm eine Ausgangsleistung von 10 mW mit einer spektralen Breite von unter 750 kHz. Der Laser wird auch in einem 14-pin Butterfly Standardgehäuse angeboten, inklusive Fiberpigtail und Monitor Diode mit eingebautem Thermistor sowie einer thermo-elektrischen Kühlung (TEC).
