Darüber hinaus unterstützen beide Thin Client-Betriebssysteme die Lösung ThinPrint. Für bestimmte Anwender können auch folgende Features wichtig sein: Java Runtime Environment, PDF Reader sowie ein lokaler Media Player inkl. Multimedia Redirection.
Digitales Diktieren, Smartcard- und Sicherheitslösungen
Auch durch die Unterstützung für Smartcard-Lösungen, Digitales Diktieren, Touchscreens, Signatur-Pads und Unified Communication (Microsoft Lync) unterscheidet sich die Thin Client Software von IGEL vom Wettbewerb. Ein wichtiges Feature der Thin Client Software stellte ferner die Unterstützung alternativer Lösungen für die USB-Umleitung und USB-Kontrolle dar, beispielsweise von FabulaTech oder Centertools.
