druckerfachmann.de erwirbt Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der Barth Bürosysteme GmbH

Die druckerfachmann.de AG hat zum 1.7.2010 51% der Barth Bürosysteme GmbH, einem Output-Spezialisten aus Wiehl in Nordrhein-Westfalen, erworben. Mit dieser Übernahme baut der Berliner Spezialist für Druck und Kopie seine Standorte in Deutschland zur besseren Betreuung seiner Bestandskunden sowie zur Akquise von Neukunden aus.

Die Barth Bürosysteme GmbH wurde 1988 vom Geschäftsführer Walther Barth gegründet, welcher weiterhin die Geschäfte des Unternehmens führt. Im Jahr 2009 erwirtschaftete das Unternehmen mit sieben Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von 800.000 €.

Die druckerfachmann.de AG ist der spezialisierte Partner für Drucktechnologien, Output-Management und Managed Print Services in Deutschland. Als Lieferant, Dienstleister und Berater betrachtet das Unternehmen Dokumente, Technik und Prozesse ganzheitlich und berücksichtigt alle relevanten Faktoren wie Hardware, IT-Infrastruktur und Investitionsschutz.
