Service inklusive - Valentin Software startet Anfang September 2011 mit den ersten kostenfreien Webinaren zur Einführung in die beiden beliebtesten dynamischen Simulationsprogramme der Photovoltaik-Branche: PV*SOL® Expert und PV*SOL® Pro

Neukunden von Valentin Software, die PV*SOL® Expert oder PV*SOL® Pro erworben haben, können ab sofort kostenfrei an Einsteiger-Webinaren teilnehmen.

Neben einer Einführung in die wesentlichen Funktionalitäten von PV*SOL® werden die am häufigsten gestellten Einstiegsfragen beantwortet. Die Webinare finden immer im Folgemonat des Programmkaufs statt. Es stehen jeweils 2 einstündige Termine zur Auswahl. Zeitgleich können per Chatfunktion auch eigene Fragen an die Kundenbetreuer gerichtet werden.

Den Link zur Webinar-Anmeldung erhalten Kunden gleich mit der Auslieferungsmail ihrer Planungs- und Simulationssoftware PV*SOL®. Wer versehentlich keinen Link erhalten haben sollte, kann für ein kommendes Webinar unkompliziert über webinar@valentin.de anfragen.
