For the storage and transport of ice cream, a deep-freeze temperature of at least -21 degrees Celsius is stipulated by law – which means a standard cooler just won’t do. To be on the safe side, confectioners and caterers opt for the new high performance compressor cooler WAECO CoolFreeze FC-30 TK. The device is designed for a voltage of 12 and 24 volts DC and performs up to -24 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it offers a full 30-litre deep-freeze capacity for all kinds of temperature sensitive freight.
