DEV Systemtechnik ranks among Germany’s fastest-growing technology companies

Deloitte announces winners of the Technology Fast 50 Award Germany

(PresseBox) (Friedberg, )
Initiative, innovation and the willingness to take entrepreneurial risks: Each year, the accounting/consulting firm Deloitte & Touche runs a nationwide competition to award the fastest-growing technology companies in Germany. DEV Systemtechnik, first-time contender of the Technology Fast 50 Award, ranks among the top 25 companies. The specialist for the development and production of electrical and optical RF signal transmission systems and devices even achieved an impressive 6th place in the category communication/networking.

Business growth, technological innovation and technical expertise: Since 2002, Deloitte runs the Technology Fast 50 Award programme in Germany, to honour the most successful companies in the following business sectors: IT, communication and life sciences. This award has become a globally recognised quality label for entrepreneurial success in the technology sector. The German awards programme is supported by the business magazine Capital, as well as by the German Stock Exchange and the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany. With a sustained revenue growth of more than 450 % over the past five years, DEV Systemtechnik ranks among the 25 most successful national companies. This success is based on DEV’s accelerating and stable growth rate even in years of general economic downturn.

DEV Systemtechnik met all eligibility criteria for the competition in an exemplary manner: the company generates a significant percentage of its revenue through inhouse developed technologies. The Friedberg-headquartered company places a high priority on investments in its R&D department. In August this year, the company, together with the Technical University of Darmstadt, received the Hesse Cooperation Award for the development of RF matrices with a minimum number of crosspoints.

DEV Systemtechnik is a provider of integrated systems for the entire RF signal distribution chain. From satellite to receiver, the DEV offers a coordinated product portfolio that meets the highest requirements for maximum system availability with no single point of failure. Its products and solutions are used in numerous satellite ground stations, head end stations, TV stations and system integrators apply them around the world.
