Delta presents the SOLIVIA Solar Inverter Product Range to the Government of Thailand of Barcelona

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd. - located in Samutprakarn, Bangkok – is the parent company of Delta Energy Systems (Germany) GmbH, and so representatives of the Thailand government were interested to learn more of their operations and activities. The European division whose main activities are dedicated to the development and sale of solar inverters seized the chance to present detailed information about their products but to also inform the representatives about general regulations, legislation and feed-in-tariff systems in Europe. Delta Sales Manager for Spain, Christian Schröder, says “European governments set a lot of good examples regarding feed-in-tariffs and the support of renewable energies. The growing PV markets in Europe are the result of this and should serve as a good example for further PV development in Asia too”.

Thailand’s goal is to increase the percentage of renewable energy in their cumulative energy sector to 20% by 2022.
