Die Deka Immobilien GmbH hat für rund 26 Mio. Euro das Bürogebäude "Le Patio" in Marseille erworben. Das fast voll vermietete Objekt verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 8.900 qm. Hauptmieter sind die staatliche französische Krankenkasse Caisse Primaire Centrale d'Assurance-Maladie (CPCAM) sowie ein Tochterunternehmen des staatlichen Energieversorgers Electricité de France (EDF). "Mit dem ersten Investment in Marseille bauen unsere institutionellen Fonds ihre Portfolios in französischen Regionalstandorten aus", sagt Torsten Knapmeyer, Geschäftsführer Deka Immobilien und WestInvest.
