Die Management- and Strategieberatung CYLAD Consulting freut sich über die Beförderung von Dr. Michael Müller zum Partner.

Dr. Michael Müller ist seit 2016 für CYLAD Consulting tätig und hat seitdem einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Hamburger Büros geleistet, insbesondere im Bereich Bau, Immobilien und Infrastruktur.

Herr Müller ist seit 2003 in der Strategie- & Managementberatung aktiv und seine Expertise umfasst Performance Improvement, Operational Excellence, Innovation & Digitalisierung sowie Programme zur Umsatzsteigerung bzw. Kostenkonsolidierung. Sein Fokus liegt dabei auf den Branchen Elektronik & Mechatronik, Defence, Software sowie Bau & Immobilien.

Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei CYLAD Consulting war Herr Müller bei KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint in Deutschland beschäftigt und begleitete Projekte in Europa sowie Nordamerika. Im Anschluss hat er die Unternehmensentwicklung von Deutschlands drittgrößter Immobilien-Aktiengesellschaft geleitet.

Herr Müller verfügt über zwei Ingenieurabschlüsse (M.Sc.) von der TH Köln (2001) bzw. der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal (2003) und promovierte an der TU Darmstadt in Corporate Finance zum Dr. rer. pol. (2015).

Seine wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten wurde mit internationalen Preisen ausgezeichnet (2003, 2015), er ist Autor mehrerer A-Level-Publikationen und Alumni der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS).
