59 Prozent der Bundesbürger sehen Nachholbedarf, wenn es um den Online-Service beim Autokauf geht. Vor allem das Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Autohaus vor Ort und dem Internetangebot sollte verbessert werden. 45 Prozent der Verbraucher wünschen, offene Fragen beim Fahrzeugerwerb künftig mit Fachleuten per E-Mail oder SMS klären zu können. Das ist das Ergebnis einer bevölkerungsrepräsentativen Umfrage der Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC). 1.000 Bundesbürger wurden befragt.

Die Zahl der Verbraucher, die beim Autokauf verstärkt Online-Unterstützung suchen, ist bereits groß. So präferiert jeder dritte Kunde, nach Auswahl der Ausstattungs-Merkmale im Online-Konfigurator ein elektronisches Finanzierungsangebot vorgelegt zu bekommen.
