The leading provider of innovative Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Critical Manufacturing, has announced that their new strategic partnership program is rapidly gaining momentum to enhance its global presence. Critical’s newly-forged relationships with leading service providers will benefit customers globally in industries across complex high-tech discrete industry segments, including semiconductor, electronics assembly and PCB, medical devices, aerospace & defense and automotive.

Francisco Almada-Lobo, CEO at Critical Manufacturing, said, “We have created a world-leading, future-ready MES. It is scalable, modular, highly flexible and designed to enable the smart factories of the future. It integrates legacy systems and the latest technologies to give our customers a strategic pathway to gain the benefits of dynamic, efficient, Industry 4.0-ready production models. The new strategic partners in our program are forward-looking companies with in-depth expertise in delivering a fully digitalized solution. Partnering with them will jointly help us increase our global visibility and capacity to better serve global customers.”

The Critical Manufacturing MES has been specifically designed to embrace the distributed intelligence of smart factory networks. It is based on de-centralized logic, which enables dynamic production models that drive efficiency and facilitate economic production of high mix products. Its ability to harness ‘Big Data’, the use of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and advanced analytical capability means it can transform masses of shop floor data into meaningful, valuable and actionable intelligence for continuous process improvements, enhanced quality and reduced costs.

“Partners within the program have been selected for their specific expertise in both technology and particular market segments,” continued Almada-Lobo. “Our mission is to help our customers with digital transformation of their processes to give them keen competitive edge in their markets, but at a pace and level that suits their business needs. Our partners will use our systems to deliver this with services that cover initial consulting through to implementation and aftermarket support.”

The partners within the new alliance program include leading global digital transformation service and solution providers Accenture and HCL Technologies. They will provide global consulting and implementation of Critical Manufacturing MES with a concentration on discrete industries.

Regional consulting & implementation for manufacturers of specialty medical devices in the USA and Mexico will be provided by information technology specialist Bajalogics. MedTech customers in the Asia Pacific region will be served by the smart automation company SoftRock Technologies, based in Penang, Malaysia.

Focusing on North America and Canada, EC Solutions is an established value-added reseller partner with a specific focus and expertise in successfully delivering Industry 4.0 manufacturing solutions enabled by the Critical Manufacturing MES.

Based in France and specializing in digital transformation for industry, Helium Information Management will be an implementation partner for European customers.

Almada-Lobo concluded, “This significant global partnership program was built based on the trust these leading services providers have in the capabilities and success of Critical Manufacturing MES. Together, we will give customers easier access to our technology with delivery partners who are very much aligned with our vision of the future. This powerful consulting and implementation partner network will assist high tech industries in transforming their production models to increase efficiency, quality and agility. Our MES has been designed for the future, and these partners will support our customers and jointly build market momentum throughout the world. These are exciting times for us and the customers we serve.”
