Zu viel Wärme bremst Bakterienaktivität
Die Unternehmensgruppe KTG Agrar AG hat Biogasanlagen mit einer Kapazität von 16,5 Megawatt am Netz. An fünf Standorten in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg und Sachsen-Anhalt. Die Bakterienkulturen benötigen für ihre Stoffwechselprozesse spezielle Temperaturen. Wird es zu warm, ist die Bakterienaktivität gebremst. Zur optimalen Temperierung der Biomasse setzt die KTG Agrar AG Mietkälte ein.
75 Kilowatt Kälteleistung
CoolEnergy versorgt das Temperiersystem vor Ort mit Kaltwasser. Über vorbereitete Anschlüsse docken die Mietkältespezialisten ihre mobile Technik an das Rohrleitungssystem des Anlagenbetreibers an. Die eingesetzten Kaltwassersätze des Typs Cool Evo 351 mit einem internen 350-Liter-Wassertank bringen eine Kälteleistung von 75 Kilowatt. Ihr Arbeitsbereich reicht von minus 10 bis plus 20 Grad Celsius Wassertemperatur.
Mietdauer zwischen sechs und zehn Wochen – auch Mietkauf
KTG deckte mit mobiler Kälte den temporären Kühlungsbedarf an mehreren Standorten. Die Mietdauer beträgt zwischen sechs und zehn Wochen. Teilweise hat sich das Unternehmen für einen Mietkauf nach der Mietphase entschieden und die mobile Technik übernommen. Bisher hat CoolEnergy acht Kaltwassersätze in den Biogasanlagen der KTG Agrar AG installiert.
