MATS 2012: ContiTech Presents Air Springs and Hose Line Systems

(PresseBox) (Hanover/Louisville, )
ContiTech Air Spring Systems and ContiTech Fluid Technology will be exhibiting at the Mid-American Trucking Show (March 22-24, 2012, booth 19220/hall North Wing) in the Kentucky EXPO Center, Louisville/Kentucky.

ContiTech Air Spring Systems will be exhibiting its expanded range of air spring products used in heavy duty trucks and trailers suspensions as well as the newly expanded sleeve type air springs used in cab and seat suspensions. ContiTech Air Spring Systems has been manufacturing air springs for the NAFTA market, since year 2000 in Mexico. "We would like to exhibit in MATS, and showcase our broad range of our air springs and to show our commitment to research and development to our OEM partners", stated Frank Riechers, Managing Director of San Luis Potosí plant in Mexico.

The new ECO AC refrigerant circulation system from ContiTech Fluid Technology can be used to clearly optimize the air conditioning systems in commercial vehicles. This extends from a performance improvement for the air conditioning unit and lower consumption through to reduced pressure losses and enhanced design. Just using the inner heat exchanger (IHE) developed by ContiTech increases efficiency by around five percent. Alongside an in-line solution, ContiTech has also developed the Conti Eco Compact XR, a compact and low-cost alternative to an inner heat exchanger. ContiTech will also showcase the current generation of heatable hose line modules for SCR exhaust gas purification. It has heated quick connectors with optimized bonding, guaranteeing that the medium always thaws, even when up close to the plug-in connection.
