The ContiTech Power Transmission Group's new website is online: three new portals for dealerships, workshops and drivers provide target group-specific information on drive belts for the automotive aftermarket. "On our websites, our customers will find the exact information which is important for them and their daily work. The system is quick, simple and well arranged, due to a clear structure and user-friendly navigation," explains Helmut Engel, Director Automotive Aftermarket at the ContiTech Power Transmission Group. Visitors can select a portal and their desired language at www.contitech.de/aam. The content will be available in a total of ten languages, from Italian to Polish and Russian. "This range of languages enables us to address a broad section of our target groups," says Engel.
The individual portals are perfectly tailored to the needs of dealerships, workshops and drivers. Dealers can find the right product for their range with the click of a mouse, while motor mechanics can acquire product information and technical service on topics such as changing intervals and installation instructions. Drivers can acquire basic knowledge and practical tips on drive belts. The contact options also have been optimized: via the order hotline, the technical contact or the sales connection, the customer gets through to the right point of contact straight away.
The internet service is constantly being improved. "We are already preparing new applications which will further improve the information we provide," reports Heike Meinders-Bannick of the ContiTech Power Transmission Group's Automotive Aftermarket Marketing Service.
