Dorel Juvenile Europe aims to significantly reduce manual effort and in parallel improve the quality of its product marketing by introducing Contentserv's central platform for Enterprise Marketing Information Management.

Gathering this information, however, is currently a manual task, which often relies on people’s knowledge and is sometimes even created on the spot. This results in different marketing messages being communicated across the company and to customers. Product and media information easily managed

The web-based Contentserv Enterprise Marketing Information Management solution has been selected because of its comprehensive but user-friendly product offering and modular design – adapted to the requirements of the customer. Dorel Juvenile Europe will introduce the Contentserv Product Information Management Suite that supports the creation and management of all product data and accessories data in various languages independent of the location. The integrated Media Asset Management will enable Dorel to simultaneously manage all related images, videos, templates, and documents.

Working on one single platform for central branding and collaboration

With the implemented Brand Management Service Portal, Dorel Juvenile Europe will be able to share its consistent product information and marketing media with colleagues and partners and push up-to-date content to the different brand websites. Moreover, the Print Publication Management Suite integrates the creation of catalogues, flyers and other marketing media created by Dorel Juvenile Europe’s creative partners. By using just one single platform, the integrated applications will improve collaboration within the European Competence Centre and streamline communication to countries, retailers, partners and customers.
