Connectivity kündigt neue Software-Version an

Die Kunden der Connectivity GmbH können ab sofort die neue ConAktiv-Version 17 einsetzen. Das neue Release von ConAktiv bietet attraktive neue Features und die gewohnte Zuverlässigkeit zur Steuerung der Unternehmensprozesse. Zudem können sie mit einer besseren Performance und Stabilität auf aktuellen Betriebssystemen rechnen.

Mit dem Update auf die Version 17 bekommen die ConAktiv-Anwender neue Features an die Hand, mit denen Sie Ihre tägliche Arbeit noch effizienter gestalten:
  • Office 365-Anbindung: Abgleich von Emails, Adressen, Terminen und Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeiterverwaltung: u.a. Mitarbeiterhistorie, elektronische Personalakte, neue Filter etc.
  • Reisekostenmodul: u.a. Belege als Bild, Vereinfachung bei mehrtägigen Reisen uvm.
  • Kapazitätsplanung/Terminplanung: neue Terminarten, neue Terminübersicht, neue Optik Auslastung Mitarbeiter uvm.
  • Email-Modul: neue Optik und neue Funktionen
  • 4D WritePro: u.a. Optimierungen bei Formularen, neues Interface uvm.
Darüber hinaus gibt es eine verbesserte Suchfunktion in den Eingabemasken, neue Optionen im Listeditor und im Layouteditor (Einstellung von Farben für Text und Hintergrund) und im Modul Verträge. ConAktiv kann zudem in der Version 17 den Monatswechsel automatisch per Batchprozess ausführen. Und ConAktiv V17 enthält eine neue Datenbank-Version.

ConAktiv 17 steht den Useren ab sofort zur Verfügung.
