I am looking forward to driving Concardis together with our team, our partners and customers as well as the two most experienced investors in the payment sector to become the leading service provider for cashless payments in DACH”, says Hoffmann.

Marcus Mosen, who successfully led Concardis as CEO for the past three years, is stepping down from his operational function as Managing Director of Concardis GmbH. He will join the Supervisory Board of Concardis Payment Group and continue to support the company as a Senior Advisor. The new management team at Concardis GmbH consists of Jens Mahlke, who acts as COO for Concardis GmbH and Cardtech as well as Mark Freese (CFO) and Luca Zanotti, who have both been newly appointed as Managing Directors.

“The newly formed Concardis Payment Group will enable us to take the next step in creating the digital payment champion in the DACH region.
