CompuGROUP has grown organically and through acquisitions since its founding. In June 2006, the e-health service provider entered the Italian market by acquiring a minority interest in FimeSan SpA. Effective today, CompuGROUP has significantly strengthened its commitment in Italy by increasing its interest in FimeSan to over 90%.
