Der koreanische MMIC- und LNA-Spezialist ASB präsentiert mit seinem neuen Wideband Gain Block Amplifier AHB5614T8 ein äußerst bemerkenswertes Bauelement. Der AHB5614T8 zeigt sich vor allem bei seiner nutzbaren Bandbreite (50 MHz bis rund 7000 MHz) samt OIP3-Werte und Ausgangsleistung von seiner besten Seite. Außerdem besticht der Gain Block mit seinem völlig gleichmäßigen Verlauf des S21 Parameters über den gesamten Frequenzbereich und bei der Schaltung werden lediglich 3 DC-Blocks und eine RF-Spule gebraucht.

Damit liefert ASB wiedermal einen der besten Wideband Gain Block Amplifier seiner Art ab und demonstriert die eigene Expertise in der GaAs- und GaN-Technologie.
