“We are very happy to welcome the team of Dataserv to our Group”, says Alexander Kutowski, COMPAREX Executive Vice President. “During the last months, Dataserv has been key in supporting our international and local customers at the Turkish market with excellent service and smart solutions. Having them on board of the COMPAREX Group enables us to achieve further valuable synergies for our customers, partners and employees. We are proud that Microsoft Turkey as representative of our biggest global partner believes in our common market strategy and helps us as an advisor.”
“This is a fantastic step for Dataserv, for COMPAREX and especially for our customers”, says Irmak Pakdemir, Dataserv CEO and VP of the Board of Directors. “The IT market continuously produces new solutions and we quickly respond to them with a dynamic set of professional services and excellent expertise. Through the merge with COMPAREX we are able to master these dynamics on a much bigger scale. We look forward to benefitting from the experience and its in-house systems of this successful, international company.” Irmak Pakdemir together with the management team will continue to head the organization.
The immediate legal and operational integration of the Turkish COMPAREX subsidiary acting as Microsoft Global Partner with Dataserv`s portfolio is the next step within the framework of the company’s expansion strategy in Turkey. The company will continue their successful focus on enterprise customers and expand its reach to corporate accounts.
Alongside the classic field of software procurement and consulting, the company will provide cloud transformation consultancy. One of the objectives is to enable COMPAREX’s own SoftCare offerings at the Turkish market with Dataserv’s Value Added Services. SoftCare is a cloud-based system that customers use to streamline the procurement, use and management of software licenses. An integral part of SoftCare, SAM2GO (Software Asset Management as a Managed Service) supports companies and users by continuously and precisely recording software inventory and its use.
