The increase of share capital of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, which had been decided upon on 10 May, was successfully placed with institutional investors. It has today been finalised with the registration of the 287,000 new shares in the commercial register. The issue price was at 8.70 EUR per share. The inflow of cash to the company amounts to almost 2.5 Mio EUR. The equity capital of RPSE AG is now at 4,937,000 EUR.
