New META cutting tool

Coherent has extended its integrated laser machine tool offering of up to 1 kW in laser power with the META platform featuring faster cutting speeds and better positioning repeatability. META offers an industrial type controller and new software with multilingual interface. In our booth, the META will be equipped with Coherent laser sources cutting metal and non-metals.

Free space direct diode lasers are in high demand for cladding

Coherent will present the HighLight 8000D with integrated pressurized powder feed nozzle. Customers will achieve cladding widths of up to 36 mm and cladding rates of up to 10 kg power per hour combined with high powder capture rates, very low dilution and no distortion.

Fiber lasers
