Den eGovernment Award 2016 in Silber der Fachzeitschrift eGovernment Computing hat die codia Software GmbH für ihre eAkten-Lösung im September im Berliner Adlon Hotel in Empfang nehmen können. Mit den codia-Lösungen auf Basis des d.3ecm-Systems können Kommunen verwaltungsweite E-Aktenlösung für Sach- und Fallakten aufbauen. In diesen werden sachlich zusammengehörige oder verfahrensgleiche Vorgänge elektronisch zusammengefasst. Die E-Akte enthält damit alle analogen und digitalen Unterlagen, die eine vollständige Information über einen Sachverhalt ermöglichen.
