CMS Hasche Sigle berät CHIRON beim Erwerb der Scherer Feinbau GmbH

Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft der CHIRON-Werke GmbH hat mit Wirkung zum 1. Oktober 2012 75,1 Prozent der Anteile an der Scherer Feinbau GmbH mit Sitz im unterfränkischen Mömbris erworben. Der bisherige Alleingesellschafter Frank Scherer behält 24,9 Prozent der Anteile und bleibt dem Unternehmen als Geschäftsführer treu. Als weiterer Geschäftsführer wird Volker Göddertz bestellt, bisher Leiter Beschaffung und Logistik bei den CHIRON-Werken in Tuttlingen. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Beteiligten Stillschweigen vereinbart.
