2013 ICF International Prism Award Nominations Open

International Coach Federation seeks organizations achieving high standards of excellence through coaching

(PresseBox) (ington, Kentucky, USA, )
The International Coach Federation (ICF) has opened nominations for the 2013 ICF International Prism Award. The Prism Award honors organizations that have achieved a standard of excellence in the implementation of coaching programs for culture change, leadership development, productivity and performance improvement.

"The ICF International Prism Award celebrates those organizations that have achieved the highest standards of excellence both in and through coaching," said ICF President and Master Certified Coach Dr. Damian Goldvarg. "Prism Award recipients exemplify how coaching can develop an organization's human capital by maximizing individuals' potential, leading to high returns on investment (ROI) and expectations (ROE) from coaching interactions."

The opening of the 2013 nominating period coincides with this year's May 20-26 observance of International Coaching Week. For the second year, the nomination application process will take place entirely online.

The Prism Award was initially created by ICF Greater Toronto, with ICF Global adopting the concept in 2005. In 2012, ICF presented Prism Awards to Banner Health, United Nations Secretariat and Roche Turkey with an honorable mention going to the Royal Australian Navy. Past Prism Award winners include BC Housing, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Genentech, ibm.com North America, JOEY Restaurant Groups, MCI, NASA, Solaglas Windowcare, Sysco Canada, TINE Group, University of Texas at Dallas and Verizon Business.

Coaches and organizations interested in nominating candidates for the 2013 ICF International Prism Award can find more information at Coachfederation.org/prism. The nomination period closes on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 5 p.m. (New York).
