CGM RHEINLAND-PFALZ: Entgeltabschluss für 2018 und 2019

Erfolgreiche Tarifverhandlungen im SHK-Handwerk

Auch im Tarifbereich Rheinland-Rheinhessen hat die CGM mit dem SHK-Fachverband einen guten Tarifabschluss ausgehandelt.

Ab 1.8.2018 erhalten unsere Mitglieder im SHK-Bereich Rheinland-Rheinhessen 3% mehr Lohn und Gehalt für ihre Arbeit. Auszubildende bekommen bis zu 125 € mehr pro Monat.

Eine weitere Tariferhöhung der Entgelte tritt dann am 1.7.2019 in Kraft und beträgt 2,9%.

Auch die Ausbildungsvergütungen werden zum 1.8.2019 nochmals überproportional erhöht.

Beide Tarifpartner waren sich einig darin, dass für das Handwerk die deutliche Steigerung der Entgelte, sowie umfassende Angebote zur Weiterbildung, von großer Bedeutung sind, um dem einsetzenden Fachkräftemangel mit attraktiven Arbeitsplätzen wirkungsvoll zu begegnen.
