CETECOM now offers EMVCo Terminal Contactless Level 1 testing in the US

As the first laboratory in the United States, our Silicon Valley laboratory in Milpitas, California now offers EMVCo Terminal Contactless level 1 testing

CETECOM, the premiere wireless test and certification lab, is proud to announce that our Silicon Valley laboratory in Milpitas, California is accredited by EMVCo to provide EMVCo Terminal Contactless Level 1 testing and certification services.

With this accreditation, CETECOM's laboratory in the Silicon Valley is the first lab in the US to provide this service and offer our clients in the US a unique testing possibility. This strategic addition increases the comfort for US customers:
  • no delays based on time difference issues
  • onsite debugging and troubleshooting without intercontinental travel expenses
  • dedicated project managers
Having these advantages, CETECOM helps to shorten the product-to-market time while emphasizing a cost-effective testing.

This new accreditation especially enhances CETECOM’s SmartCard offering portfolio in the US, which already includes services such as EMVCo, MasterCard, Visa and Amex L1 testing for Cards and Mobiles as well as MasterCard Contactless Reader Level 2.
