CETA Testsysteme GmbH awarded label "Excellence Made in Germany CERTIFIED COMPANY"

CETA Testsysteme GmbH has been awarded the label "Excellence Made in Germany CERTIFIED COMPANY" by the business portal "Die Deutsche Wirtschaft" (DDW). This label certifies CETA as a trustworthy and reliable business partner.

The award was granted after evaluation of 19 key figures and criteria. Besides basic commercial data, the ranking was determined according to further aspects such as investment in research and development, patents, innovative products, memberships, awards and cooperation. On the basis of these criteria, CETA was able to qualify for the excellence label.

On account of these data, CETA fulfils the conditions for inclusion in the TOP 10.000 DDW-ranking of the most important middle-sized companies in Germany (“Mittelstand 10.000”). Germany counts 3.5 million middle-sized companies (with up to 500 employees).

CETA Testsysteme GmbH is the most important owner-managed German manufacturer of leak and flow testers (Made in Germany) based in Hilden near Düsseldorf. CETA has worked for more than 30 years as a solutions partner for industrial leak tests and flow measurements in production lines.

CETA's test devices are used for production assurance by renowned customers from the sectors of automotive industry, medical engineering, heating and air-conditioning technology, fittings and household appliances, packing industry and e-mobility.

CETA has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 1999. In 2002, the company won the quality prize NRW for the industrial sector. CETA has consistently achieved a „very good credit rating“ ever since 2011. The calibration laboratory has been accredited since 2004 for the measurand pressure according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (DAkkS calibration laboratory D-K-19566). DAkkS calibration certificates are internationally recognised and comply among other things with the requirements of the standard IATF 16949 valid in the automotive industry. Thousands of CETA test devices are used all over the world and serviced by local international representatives.

Solution Partner for industrial Leak Testing and Flow Measurement

The company CETA Testsysteme GmbH was founded in 1988 and is now existing more than 30 years. We are a manufacturer of physical measurement devices for leak testing and flow measurement. Compressed air and hydrogen are used as test media. These testing procedures can be integrated in the production line with high process reliability.

The test devices ("Made in Germany") are the company's own developments and the components and accessories (e.g. calibration standards) are manufactured in-house. This ensures that the high quality requirements for the internal modules are met right from the start.

Due to different test device technologies and a wide scope of pressure and measurement ranges nearly every test requirement can be fulfilled. An integrated control of the correct test device function guarantees a high standard of process reliability. The scope of products also includes semi-automatic test stands. The test devices are used by the customers for quality assurance, quality control and production assurance. The customers come mostly from the fields of automotive industry, medical technology, heating and air-conditioning industry, fittings and household appliances industry, packaging industry and E-Mobility.

The company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and won the quality award NRW in the category Industry. The calibration laboratory has been accredited 2004 as DKD calibration laboratory and 2014 as DAkkS calibration laboratory by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) - as follower of DKD. DAkkS calibration (in accordance with the standard DIN EN ISO 17025) complies with the requirements of the ISO / TS 16949 standard, valid in the automotive industry. CETA Testsysteme GmbH is the first German manufacturer of leak-testers whose devices are serially supplied with DKD/DAkkS calibration since 2004.

Since 2012 CETA has been certified by "an outstanding credit rating".
