Die Kühlbox PCR von ROTH SELECTION ist ein eisfreies Kühlsystem zur Vorbereitung und Lagerung von PCR-Einzelgefäßen, Streifen und Platten. Sie ist für wärmeempfindliche Anwendungen, PCR- oder zellbasierte Assays, sowie sanftes Auftauen von Proben und Stoppen von Reaktionen geeignet. Nach zwei Stunden Vorkühlen bei -20 °C wird eine Probentemperatur von 0 °C über eine Stunde bzw. unter 5 °C für bis zu drei Stunden aufrecht gehalten. Ein Farbwechsel zeigt das Überschreiten der Temperaturgrenze von 6 °C an. Das System ist konstant und zuverlässig und das moderne Design kühlt in Gefriergeräten schnell ab und bleibt lange kalt.
