Ganz neu auf der CAMTEX-Onlinepräsenz gibt es nun ein Live-Chat-Feature. Mit diesem möchte der CAD-Spezialist seinen Service erweitern und Kunden sowie Interessierten die Möglichkeit geben, direkt mit einem Mitarbeiter Kontakt aufnehmen. Ob Fragen zu Software-Lösungen und Dienstleistungen, Support-Anfragen oder Hilfe bei der Bedienung und den Funktionen der Webseite, CAMTEX ist von nun an zuverlässig und ohne Umwege erreichbar.

Wird ein grünes Kästchen und der Hinweis „Live Chat online“ angezeigt, ist ein Mitarbeiter verfügbar. Außerhalb der Onlinezeiten können die User die integrierte Nachrichtenfunktion nutzen. Alle Anfragen werden umgehend beantwortet, spätestens am nächsten Werktag.
