CADENAS continuously awards prizes to Electronic Product Catalogs on the basis of the eCATALOGsolutions technology with the quality seal in gold, silver and bronze. In the framework of this year's Industry-Forum, the CADENAS award "Golden Catalog Seal" went to the catalogs of component manufacturers with the most comprehensive intelligent information. The guidelines for the quality certification of CAD product catalogs were developed together with CADENAS customers to ensure a consistently high quality of the 3D CAD catalogs for engineers. For example, the golden catalog seal presupposes the integration of a product configurator, an automatic 2D dimensioning for CAD components as well as product data in at least three languages. These characteristics are checked on by the quality assurance of CADENAS.
