Wir sagen "Chapeau" zu jedem freiwilligen Helfer beim HUTFESTIVAL!

Am Festival-Wochenende vom 25. bis 27. Mai werden freiwillige Helfer gesucht

Schon bald ist es soweit und die Chemnitzer Innenstadt verwandelt sich zum ersten HUTFESTIVAL in eine riesige „Open-Air-Bühne“. Das Festival als Großprojekt fordert von uns als Veranstalter nicht nur den Einsatz von vielen Beteiligten im Vorfeld, vor allem am Wochenende selbst sind alle Mitarbeiter der C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren mit speziellen Aufgaben vor Ort eingebunden. Wir suchen deshalb Festival-Helfer, die uns dabei unterstützen, das HUTFESTIVAL für alle Besucher zu einem Höhepunkt im Jubiläumsjahr „875 Jahre Chemnitz“ zu machen. Die Helfer werden an den Info-Points unsere Besucher willkommen heißen, über unser Programm sowie über unsere Hutbänder-Aktion informieren. Auf jeden Helfer warten ein eigener „Helferhut“ mit Hutband und ein besonderes Überraschungspaket als Dankeschön. Jeder Helfer sollte mindestens 16 Jahre alt und mindestens 6 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung stehen können.
