Busch Vakuumteknikk AS, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Busch SE, was established in Norway in 1990. With its unique experience and good knowledge of the Norwegian market, it has become one of Norway's largest competence centres in industrial vacuum and overpressure technology. The company supplies everything from stand-alone vacuum pumps and smaller standard systems, to tailor-made turnkey installations. In addition, Busch has a large service department that takes care of preventive service and maintenance, repairs and overhauls. Either in their service workshop or at the place of use - no matter where in Norway the customer is located.
Together, the companies now become Busch Vacuum Solutions Norway AS, where the focus on providing complete vacuum solutions is further strengthened.
As part of the organizational development, Espen Berg is employed by Busch with effect from 01.01.22, and takes on the role of sales and product manager for medium and high vacuum. In addition, Busch strengthens its organization with several competent employees to prepare for further growth in the years to come.
Øyvind Hansen Billing, Daily Manager in Busch Vacuum Solutions is very pleased with the merger: "By merging our businesses I am convinced that we will be able to deliver a broader product range than today. It also means that we can provide vacuum solutions to all our customers, whether they know Alcatel, Adixen, Busch or Pfeiffer best. In addition, we will offer our customers one of the market's best service tools that is still developing. Together we see just synergies that will benefit our customers in the years to come.
"By becoming part of Busch Vacuum Solutions Norway AS, we believe that our customers will benefit from the system and strength that a larger (not too large) company can offer. At the same time it will be Espens task to further develop the technical competence within the fields of medium and high vacuum, helium leak detection/density control and the special close customer relationships we have had the opportunity to develop/benefit from as a small family owned company." says managing director and owner Ivar Berg.
We emphasize that we want our mutual customers to notice this change as little as possible. We will continue to deliver world-class customer service and the aim of this merger is to offer a broader range of products and expertise to our mutual customers by strengthening our position in the Norwegian market.
