“The Busch family’s donation pleases us immensely and is all the more important to us because we receive so little support from the authorities. We finance our charitable work mainly from donations. We also see Busch Vacuum Solutions financing this urgently needed digital wireless technology as a special appreciation of our commitment to the people in our community,” says a delighted Stefan Mazur, vice chairman of the DRK local group Maulburg-Kleines Wiesental.
The new technology offers the advantage of simpler networking, greater flexibility, clearer reception quality and faster data processing. In addition, unlike analog technology, it cannot be intercepted and overheard. Other organizations such as the rescue services and the fire department are also currently in the process of converting their vehicles to digital wireless technology.
The DRK Maulburg-Kleines Wiesental is involved in the municipality in many different ways. In addition to the volunteer ambulance and rescue services, it is active in social projects such as neighborhood assistance, senior fitness, and first aid training. It also offers children the opportunity to volunteer in the Youth Red Cross. The DRK local group also holds blood donation campaigns several times a year in their offices.
