Relaunch of DFL web appearance „Bundesliga.de“, with technical implementation by BTD, offers numerous innovations
The DFL (Deutsche Fussball Liga) website was completely revamped on the 5th December 2013. The agency responsible is BTD Newmedia GmbH, the Munich based online-specialists who have had the DFL as customers for over 10 years now.(PresseBox) ( München, )
In addition, a variety of striking visual improvements were made to encompass the user with a broad coverage of the Bundesliga such as Top-Teasers, Sweep Modules and so more. An additional new category includes the “10 questions on the game“, where users may voice their appreciations on Bundesliga games.
The stunning visual changes form only a small part of the extensive relaunch. A complete innovative and unique feature, in comparison to many other sport portals, is the responsive webdesign. This includes an automatic modification and improvement of the site to the respective end device. Regardless of what device is being used, smartphone or tablet, the content reaches the customer in the highest possible quality!
The background has been improved upon too. A new version of the content-management-system „REDSTAGE“ renders improved usability, automatic picture scale and delayed publishing.
This new version of „REDSTAGE“ grants editors the possibility to work faster yet with less effort on the system which becomes noticeable positively, especially in peak times.
Several established features were also kept. BTD still offers the DFL and their responsive subsidiary, DFL Digital Sports, a personalization platform for user supervision.
The so called, „Single Sign-On“ presents users with the ability to navigate throughout the entire portal, because only one single registration is required.
The Hosting and Operation of the site is administered by BTD from their own data centre in Germany.
