Rogier Bronsgeest to lead customer service for BT Global Services

BT today announced the appointment of Rogier Bronsgeest as president of Customer Service Operations, in charge of service operations to BT Global Services customers. He will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness and consistency of customer service in BT Global Services by leveraging existing service capabilities across BT.

Rogier Bronsgeest joins BT from Getronics KPN where he was responsible for global service delivery in more than 90 countries. Rogier previously held senior operational positions at IBM, Rational Software, Baan Company and Unisys.

Bronsgeest will join the BT Global Services Leadership Team and the BT Operate Executive Board.

Rogier Bronsgeest, 45, is a Dutch citizen and father of three.
