Die Vossloh AG, MDAX-Konzern mit internationaler Tätigkeit in ausgewählten Märkten für Bahninfrastruktur und Bahntechnik, setzt den virtuellen Datenraum der Brainloop AG in der Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratskommunikation ein. Einladungen zur Aufsichtsratssitzung nebst Dokumenten zur Tagesordnung, Beschlussvorlagen, Tischvorlagen am Sitzungstag und Protokolle werden in den webbasierten Datensafe eingepflegt. Aufgrund der revisionssicheren Nachvollziehbarkeit aller Vorgänge im Datenraum ist außerdem für die Einhaltung aktueller Compliance- Vorschriften und Corporate-Governance-Richtlinien gesorgt.
