Mit der CRM+ Umkreissuche optimal Kundenbesuche planen

Das neue Feature „Umkreissuche“ aus dem Hause Brainformatik ermöglicht es, Kunden und Partner einfach und komfortabel für eine bestimmte Route systematisch zu planen. Mit dem Add-On können Adressen, die im CRM+ System hinterlegt sind, innerhalb eines bestimmten Radius gesucht und auf einer Karte angezeigt werden. Zusätzlich kann für diese Orte eine Routenberechnung inkl. Wegbeschreibung durchgeführt werden.

Nachdem alle Suchkriterien eingegeben sind, wird mit einem Klick auf den Button „Umkreissuche starten“ die Abfrage abgesendet und der Benutzer wird in die Anzeige der Routenplanung (Google Navigation) weitergeleitet. Hier werden dem Benutzer nicht nur alle gefundenen Datensätze mit den jeweiligen Adressen aufgelistet, sondern direkt auch als Markierungen in der Karte angezeigt. Auf einem Blick werden nun alle Kunden oder Partner im definierten Umkreis ersichtlich und eine optimale Route kann gezielt geplant werden.
