BorderWare Technologies Inc., führender Anbieter von Sicherheitslösungen, gibt bekannt, dass die Plattform-Technologie des Unternehmens vor Microsoft Windows Meta File (WMF) Attacken schützt. Am Dienstag, dem 27. Dezember wurde über eine bisher nicht bekannte Sicherheitsschwachstelle in der Windows Meta File (WMF) Code-Area der Windows Plattform berichtet. Microsoft arbeitet bereits an einem entsprechenden Sicherheits-Update, das am Dienstag, den 10. Januar veröffentlicht werden soll.
