Containerbrücken für Wilhelmshaven

Die ersten vier Containerbrücken für den EUROGATE Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven trafen am 6. März an der Jade ein. Sie kamen mit dem 243 Meter langen Spezialschiff ZHEN HUA 23 vom Hersteller ZPMC aus Shanghai.

Die Brücken können mit ihren wasserseitigen Auslegern beim Löschen und Laden von 25 Containerreihen überspannen und sind damit gegenwärtig die größten weltweit. In den Folgetagen werden die neuen Giganten auf die Kaje übergesetzt. Anschließend wird die Inbetriebnahme vorbereitet. Der Probebetrieb soll im Mai erfolgen.
