David Batstone has been named as the new CEO of Blackstone Technology Holding AG. He will take over the management of the company with immediate effect. We are proud to announce and welcome David to our Management team.
David Batstone is a catalyst for driving positive change across the world, working with entrepreneurs and investors to create forward-thinking. A sought-after speaker and investor to businesses and non-profits alike, David shares his unique model for developing successful enterprises that create opportunity for everyone. His groundbreaking work has earned him numerous awards, most significantly the UN Women for Peace Association named him a 2017 Peace Award winner for his international work toward economic and social empowerment for communities at risk for exploitation.
David is the visionary founder and senior managing director of Just Business, a social impact investment firm. The portfolio of successful ventures he played a substantial role in founding Business 2.0 magazine, American Battery Technology Company, Relocity, ReCharge Global, REBBL, House of Z, ecofashion company, and Not For Sale. He serves on the board of directors of Relocity, American Battery, ReCharge Global and Hydra Energy. He is a Phd and a Professor Emeritus at the School of Management, University of San Francisco, and was previously an investment banker in the technology industry.
David has authored five books, is the recipient of two national journalist awards, and was named National Endowment for the Humanities Chair at the University of San Francisco`s School of Management for his work in technology and ethics.

Blackstone Technology GmbH recently made headlines with the commissioning of Europe's first production line for 3D-printed lithium battery cells in Döbeln (Saxony, Germany). In our new laboratory at the site and with our partners, we will continue to develop our advanced battery technologies. We will further increase the efficiency and speed of our subsidiary's operational processes. In this way, we are getting ready to become even more flexible in the dynamic battery market and are setting the course for further growth."
