The NEW ECOLINE series will be launched at the 18th Febrava

BITZER will present its NEW ECOLINE, ROADSTAR and ECOSTAR series at the most important trade show in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector of South America, FEBRAVA

(PresseBox) (Sindelfingen, )
The traditional German company BITZER SE will display its full line of reciprocating, screw, and scroll compressors, condensing units, plus the CO2 system and other components at the 18th FEBRAVA in São Paulo from 17 to 20 September 2013.

BITZER will manufacture a new line of semi-hermetic piston compressors, NEW ECOLINE, from 5 to 267 m³/h (60 Hz), in Brazil. This new version is more powerful: In addition to the hybrid solutions for supermarkets that BITZER is promoting since many years (medium temperature: R134a/low temperature: CO2), the NEW ECOLINE compressors can be used for any other application and refrigerant (including R404A; R407A, C, and F; R507A; R290; and R1270), offering maximum system efficiency and well known reliability. The motor version 2 is now the universal motor size for medium and low-temperature applications – even with a tropical ambient temperature. Motor versions 1 or 3 are used for heat pumps, medium-temperature refrigeration with R134a, and special applications. Thanks to the new valve plate system, among other new features, BITZER increased the cooling capacity by up to 8%. Identical to the previous version are the mounting hole pattern and the pipe connections remain unchanged, making them compatible with current compressors.
Another outstanding feature at FEBRAVA is the ECOSTAR compact condensing units. The new plug-and-play unit can be assembled quickly and easily, requiring only one-third of the space for multiple refrigeration systems. The variable speed drives, which are maintenance free, provide a continuous operating range, adjustable between 25 and 87 Hz – making ECOSTAR perfectly adjustable to all needs. The integrated command-and-control technology with the automatic oil return function controls maintenance of the operating parameters, automatically adopting corrective measures in the event of deviations.
Since the start of 2013, BITZER has been producing the ROADSTAR transport compressor in Brazil, which was developed to be used in air conditioning systems for buses.
ROADSTAR compressors are available in nine models ranging from 400 to 970 cm3, and feature new accessories, in order to meet different customer needs.
