Michael Bauer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of BITZER SE, which is headquartered in Sindelfingen, will leave the company on 31 December 2013 for personal reasons.
This decision is an amicable one for both parties and has been made at his own request. As of today, Michael Bauer is stepping down from his responsibilities as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, as well as all his other duties within the BITZER Group.
Michael Bauer has worked for BITZER since 2008, first as Director Stationary Products in the Sales International department and then as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Managing Director of BITZER SE. With his commitment and expertise, Mr Bauer has made a considerable contribution to the positive development of the BITZER Group in recent years.
The BITZER corporate group respects the personal decision of Mr Bauer and would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to him for his excellent service to the company, as well as pass on its best wishes for his personal and professional future.
Dr Christian Wahlers will take over the management of the Sales and Marketing department in the interim. He has worked for the BITZER Group for ten years and, as Chief Financial Officer, is also a member of the management team at BITZER SE.
