Either with land based test vehicles, air planes or satellite generated data - all these data can be animated and visualized in 3D with the software from Bitmanagement Software GmbH, Berg near Munich. The company serves the GIS market with high performing tools for preparation, visualization and distribution of data. "Our products exactly meet the market requirements", says Peter Schickel, CEO from Bitmanagement. The requirements involve the interactive 3D visualization of terrain data, of cities down to earth view level and interior view, explaines Schickel.
The software specialist has shown its BS Tiler for data preparation and its real time visualization tool, which has been adjusted to GIS market requirements. This optimization tool allows fast interactive exposition of elevation models, vectors, clouds and satellite pictures, the automated triangulation and generation of tilers and LOD (Lines of Details) structures for preparation of data for online 3D streaming and unlimited flyover and walk through function without interruptions. For data visualization Bitmanagement provides customers with the online and real time ready 3D viewer BS Contact Geo which runs on different platforms and supports different browsers. BS Contact also supports different modeling tools like cityGML, Collada, VRML/X3D and Google KMZ, moreover the data format ESRI shape files and the visualization of GIS in Layers. BS Contact is the OEM 2D/3D visualization frontend in customer concepts and projects.
