At the well attended '3D Forum Lindau', in Lindau at Bodensee lake (from 29. to 30. of March 2011) 3D visualization-software provider Bitmanagement Software GmbH, gave a demonstration of its 3D city model of Lindau fitting accurately to the event. Professional and non-professional visitors have been surprised by the performance of the Bitmanagement's 3D visualization technology. "Visitors have attested to be on the right track concerning our level of viewing quality. Anyhow we will continue to work hard on 3D visualization quality because we still see further improvements", commented Peter Schickel, CEO from Bitmanagement. The new city model of Lindau will be shown also in the upcoming new feature of visitcity portal.
The presentation has been shown not only in 3D visualisation but also in a stereoscopic format. Stereoscopy is the further development of an even more impressive 3D visuali-zation experience. The current 3D technology is expected to become also extended by stereoscopic technology in the near future.
