bit media unterstützt Freistaat Bayern mit einem e-Learning Kurs bei der Korruptionsprävention

Nach dem Zuschlag durch das Land Hessen ist der e-Learning Spezialist bit media auch durch den Freistaat Bayern beauftragt worden, ein Lernprogramm zum Thema "Antikorruption" umzusetzen, das alle Bediensteten des Freistaates ansprechen soll. Das Lernprogramm setzt auf vergleichbare Antikorruptions- und Verhaltenskodex-Kurse auf, die bit media für andere öffentliche Auftraggeber auf kommunaler und Landes-Ebene entwickelt hat. Ziel des multimedialen Lernprogramms ist eine Sensibilisierung aller Bediensteten für das Thema sowie eine konkrete Vermittlung relevanter Richtlinien und Vorschriften des Landes. Ein Abschlusstest ermöglicht jedem Lerner eine Selbstkontrolle des Lernerfolges. Führungskräfte erhalten ein Zusatzmodul zum Thema "Ethisches Management". Das Lernprogramm soll im Frühjahr 2012 als Online-Kurs ausgerollt werden.
