bit media entwickelt WBT "Korruptionsprävention" für das Bundesland Hessen

bit media ist durch das Land Hessen beauftragt worden, ein Lernprogramm zum Thema "Korruptionsprävention" umzusetzen, das alle Landesbediensteten ansprechen soll. Das multimediale Lernprogramm setzt auf vergleichbare Antikorruptions- und Verhaltenskodex-Kurse auf, die bit media für andere öffentliche Auftraggeber wie zum Beispiel den österreichischen Städtebund entwickelt hat. Ziel des knapp einstündigen Lernprogramms ist eine Sensibilisierung aller Beschäftigten des Landes für das Thema Korruption und ihre Konsequenzen. Anhand konkreter und typischer Fallbeispiele aus dem Arbeitsumfeld der Landesbediensteten werden die relevanten Verwaltungsvorschriften des Landes und die entsprechenden korrekten Verhaltensweisen vermittelt. Das Lernprogramm wird jeweils als Gesamtmodul in einer Version für Führungskräfte und in einer Version für Mitarbeiter realisiert. Ein Abschlusstest ermöglicht jedem Lerner eine Selbstkontrolle des Lernerfolges. Das interaktive und praxisorientierte Lernprogramm soll im Frühjahr 2012 als Online-Kurs ausgerollt werden.
