Rekord-Prognose: 40‘261 neue Firmen bis Ende Jahr

Von Januar bis August 2013 wurden in der Schweiz 2929 Unternehmen zahlungsunfähig. Dies entspricht einer Zunahme von einem Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Zusätzlich wurde über 1237 Firmen ein Auflösungsverfahren wegen Organisationsmängeln durchgeführt. Auch die Neueintragungen von Firmen ins Handelsregister nahmen nur leicht zu. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr stiegen sie um zwei Prozent auf insgesamt 26733 Fälle. Für die Monate September bis Dezember erwartet Bisnode insgesamt 13528 zusätzliche Neugründungen von Firmen. Somit entstehen im Gesamtjahr 2013 in der Schweiz voraussichtlich insgesamt 40261 neue Unternehmen. Dies entspricht einem Rekordwert über der magischen 40-Tausender-Grenze, welche bisher noch nie überschritten wurde.
