- Matthias Kubat to stand down as CFO/COO
- Asnat Drouianov appointed new CFO

The Supervisory Board of BIOGAS NORD AG has accepted the request of current CFO, Matthias Kubat, to stand down with immediate effect. Mr Kubat is also relinquishing all his executive duties in BIOGAS NORD AG's foreign subsidiaries. The contractual relationship will be terminated to 31 August 2009. Mr Kubat intends to devote himself to new tasks and challenges in the future.

He has been replaced in the role of CFO of BIOGAS NORD AG by Ms Asnat Drouianov.
