With innovative ideas, well-established BINDER GmbH of Tuttlingen, Germany, is exhibiting at the 30th International Exhibition Congress ACHEMA in Frankfurt. Visitors have the opportunity to learn about the diverse range of products from BINDER GmbH. With the new CB 160 CO2 incubator with ANTI.PLENUM Design for cell and tissue cultivation and the brand new KT 115 refrigerated incubator with Peltier technology, the specialists for simulation chambers continues to advance its progressive product philosophy. As a leader in scientific and industrial applications, the new MKFT 115 of the climate simulation chamber series, the UV 700 ultra low temperature freezer with RFID technology and the VD 53 vacuum drying oven now join the ranks of innovative products. Under the umbrella "People at BINDER", BINDER GmbH will actively introduce its creative hotbed for innovation from southern Germany to the international audience for the first time.

Low risk of contamination - CB 160 CO2/O2 incubator

The CB 160 CO2/O2 incubator with ANTI.PLENUM Design offers 30% faster humidity recovery times for the most stable incubation conditions. As an innovation, the CB 160 has a CO2 sensor that can be automatically stabilized at 180°C and has a user-friendly controller with color display. Driving Innovations - the CB 160 with a volume of 160 liters is the natural development of the BINDER CO2 incubator philosophy: best growth conditions, most reliable sterilization and drastic reduction in the risk of contamination by up to a factor of 3.

Economical, quiet und secure - KT 115 refrigerated incubator with state-of-the-art Peltier-technology

The new KT 115 refrigerated incubator from BINDER is equipped with an energy-efficient Peltier element. This state-of-the-art refrigeration technology manages without a compressor or refrigerant and is therefore quiet as a whisper, extremely low vibration and above all secure. With its comprehensive program functions, the new all-rounder for incubating biological material offers a wide range of capabilities and guarantees reproducible results.

Highest level of security - UF V 700 ultra low temperature freezer with RFID technology

With the introduction of ULTRA.GUARDTM technology, the ultra low temperature freezers from BINDER open a new dimension in security and reliability, making them particularly well-suited for use in laboratories and hospitals. Apart from the stable performance characteristics of the BINDER UF V freezers, optional features such as CO2 backup cooling or a GSM alarm system ensure an additional degree of safety. At the same time, the high-end units have a high degree of user-friendliness second to none in the field. The time to cool down to -80°C has been shortened by 4 hours and now achieves a peak value of 5 hours. Developers have even thought about the environment. With introduction of the new technology, the world's market leader in Tuttlingen, Germany, BINDER has been able to reduce the already low energy consumption of the UF V ultra low temperature units even further by 8% to 12.8 kWH. BINDER has also been able to reduce refrigerant consumption by 20%.

A strong specialist - MKFT 115 ultra low temperature alternating climate chamber

The new MKFT 115 environmental simulation chamber is a specialist for dynamic alternating climate change between -70 °C and 180 °C. Large performance reserves and rapid cooling make the MKFT environmental simulation chamber the high-end product for complex standards-based climate tests in the industry.

Extremely predominant - VD 53 vacuum drying oven The traditional VD 53 vacuum drying oven proves its value with its extremely rapid heat transfer and condensation-free drying process. Due to the highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel of the inner chamber and an application-specific chemical membrane pump, the vacuum drying oven confirms its usual excellent performance and sets new standards for maximum quality.
